''At this time all the world is discussing the coming 21st century. Everybody is talking about what will happen in the New Millennium, what will happen in the 21st century.

Those whom we are meeting today will be the real citizens of the 21st Century. We are meeting the little students who have the light of self confidence and assurance in their eyes.

I am really very happy to see this.

The time is quickly passing, so we must accept the challenge and prepare ourselves for this precious time.

What is necessary to do?

It is Education. Unless we are educated we cannot do anything.

India is a historical country, its history is very ancient. Here many philosophies took birth. But still India is economically a developing country. In this situation, for all the countrymen, education is very important.

In this small school you are doing a particular kind of research. Without doubt it will have good and important results. I believe it. As the founder of the school said in his report, the students here are practising friendship and compassion alongside the normal curriculum. He said that students are preparing to be the future teachers.

I am very satisfied to know all these things. Certainly this is very important work by which we can serve mankind.

And I give Sadhuvad to the founder, to the teachers, and all the students. Presently it is possible that the school has not so many material things, so it may have some problems. But this school is educating children and through this education we hope that the students will become good citizens of the future.

I give Sadhuvad and bless everybody.

When the Stupa is complete, the students and the teachers and all the staff members should remember (this is the symbol) that we have to become good citizens and must establish friendship and compassion; we have to develop benevolence for all the world.

This is a symbol for us to remember all these things forever.

I have nothing more to say.

You are doing a great job, with good aim and good thought.

It is possible that there will be some problems, but this is good work so it will be successful. Whatever is possible for me to do, I will definitely do it and I am ready to do it."
